Yakutania Point

I thru hiked the 2200 mile Appalachian Trail in 2017 with zero prior backpacking experience. I began at my personal rock bottom following divorced, and finished feeling more at peace with my life than ever before. As a proud queer man, I advocate for increased diversity in the outdoors world. I'm a Tour Director in Alaska, currently house sitting in Fairbanks for the winter while I work on my first book.
